About the Role
Alma Behavioral Solutions is hiring a BCBA Clinical Mentor for a full-time role designed for a clinician who wants to provide high-quality ABA therapy while growing into leadership. This position goes beyond writing programs. You will guide treatment planning, support RBTs, collaborate with a clinical team, and help strengthen systems that improve care for children and families.
This is a strong fit for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants a balanced caseload, meaningful mentorship responsibilities, and a clinic environment built around sustainable clinical work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy with a weekly billable expectation of 27 hours within a 40-hour Monday to Friday schedule
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for young children
- Mentor, train, and support RBTs and junior clinical team members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to improve client outcomes
- Participate in clinic trainings, team meetings, and community-building events
- Contribute ideas that support clinical growth, quality care, and future clinic expansion
- Help maintain ethical, effective, and family-centered ABA services

Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience
- Experience with ABA therapy, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver collaboration
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and child-centered care
